This workshop aims to empower FCCLA advisers with practical strategies, engaging activities, and valuable resources to maximize student officer involvement and leadership potential within FCCLA chapters. Participants will gain insights on creating an inclusive environment for leadership development, and enhancing communication and collaboration within their chapters. Advisers will leave with more skills to support, mentor, and motivate their students to drive impactful FCCLA chapter initiatives with confidence and creativity.
